What is The Awesome Black Box?

The Awesome Black Box is a subscription box service that delivers 4 – 6 carefully selected products from First Nation businesses every third month. The purpose of the Awesome Black Box is to bring awareness to First Nations businesses to create a successful and sustainable black future.

How much is The Awesome Black Box?

The Awesome Black Box is $135 every quarter. You can pay in monthly installments or in one go each quarter, you can also purchase a subscription as a gift.

Can I order corporate gift boxes?

Shipping & Billing

When can I expect my box to arrive?

All boxes are shipped on the 10th of every third month. Specifically, we ship boxes on the 10th of February, May, August, and November. If you order after the 10th (for example, on the 13th or 15th of that month) you may be able to receive that month’s box if we are not sold out.

Will I receive a tracking number?

We currently ship our boxes with several different shipping companies depending on where you live and if you selected a parcel locker or PO box. Therefore, you may receive a tracking number and status updates or you may not depending on these factors. If your delivery timing is longer than 7 days (after the 10th of that month), please contact us at hello@awesomeblack.org and we will review the tracking information to confirm the location of your box and ensure it arrives safely.

When will I be billed?

When you purchase your first box you will be billed immediately. This payment will be renewed on the 10th of every third month.

You can pay in monthly installments or in one go each quarter, you can also purchase a subscription as a gift.

What if you are sold out?

If you purchase a box after we sell out for that particular month, don’t worry you will receive the following box.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs $TBC.

How do I change my account or payment information?

How do I change my subscription plan?

You can change your subscription by emailing us at hello@awesomeblack.org

What is your cancellation policy?

Subscribers can cancel anytime before the subscription renewal date on the 20th of every third month.

How can I cancel my account?

Log into your account and you will be able to view any current subscriptions you have. Then all you have to do is select cancel.

If you need to update your address, would like to pause your subscription or skip a quarter you can do this too. Email us at hello@awesomeblack.org if you have any difficulties with this and we will happily help.

How do I update my address?

You can update your address by signing into your account and editing your details.

Can I get a refund?
